Book your seat by an advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost and the full remaining amount has to be paid on day 1.

The booking amount is not refundable.
No changes in the date of the tour once booked. However, you can postpone the tour if it gets cancelled due to circumstances like natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, riots, or war.
If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness or any other personal reasons ,the charges levied will be as follows
3O to 2O days prior to departure of the tour, 50% of total tour cost.
19 to IO days prior to departure of the tour, 75% of total tour cost.
IO to I days prior to departure of the tour, IOO% of total tour cost.

Entire payment must be cleared one the start of trip (Other than advance amount ) , if the client is failed to do , Travplan is not responsible for any cancelletion done by the properties that must have been promised at the time of booking .
Early check in to hotel is always subject to avaibility Even if you are taking flight inclusive plan , then also Travplan is not responsible if there is any delay in flight due to whatsoever reason.
In case of heavy snow , if 4X4 Vehicle is required that would be at an additional cost
The accommodation that is provided in details by the sale executive may not be confirmed until the advance amount is not received by us , if the property is not available then some similar options will be provided to you
The places mentioned in the itinerary only will be taken to, if you want to visit anywhere else you can go on your own. If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.
There will be no compensation if you are delayed due to roadblocks, natural calamities, or personal reasons.
The alternate accommodation cost due to the same should be borne by the guest. In a group tour you are not allowed to do Rafting in Sangam as it is time consuming, unless the entire group agrees.
Travplan maintain all authority to cease your excursion at any point on the grounds of unfortunate behavior and no discount will be made under such a situation.
The individual reserving the spot is liable for any harm caused to room/camp/resort outfitting and is responsible to pay for something similar, Travplan will not intervene for this issue If you have included flights or trains in your package or any other additional service , Travplan shall held responsible of any changes in that.
