30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

1️⃣ Booking & Payment: 30% payment must be made before the trip to confirm your slot.
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy:


Before 15 days: 80% refund.
Before 7 days: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: No refund.
3️⃣ Weather & Unforeseen Events: TravPlan is not responsible for delays, roadblocks, or cancellations due to weather conditions or government restrictions.
4️⃣ Hotel & Camp Stay: Rooms/camps are allotted on a sharing basis as per availability.
5️⃣ Adventure Activities: Participation is at your own risk; TravPlan is not liable for any injuries.
6️⃣ Travel Insurance: Not included; travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance.
7️⃣ Responsibility Clause: TravPlan is not responsible for loss of baggage, theft, or any personal damages during the trip.
8️⃣ Final Itinerary Changes: TravPlan reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on hotel availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
